We use Pilates equipment  like the Pilates ring, foam rollers, Zengaball, Flex bands, Strength tubes, Ankle bands, Medicine balls, light weights and Bosu ball to make the workouts more challenging, interesting and fresh every step along the way. The studio also offers a shower and changing room facility.
